Spa Etiquette & Cancellation Policies

Your spa treatment times are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our booking policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. 


Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to 10% of the cost of the scheduled service. 


Clients who fail to cancel more than TWO hours prior to their appointment time OR miss their appointments without giving any prior notification ("no-call, no-show") will be charged 30% of the cost of the scheduled service.


Spa Packages and multiple service appointments require 48 hour cancellation notice.

We recognize the time of our clients and therapists is valuable and therefore have implemented this policy for this reason. When a client misses an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. 


When you schedule your appointment with us, you are agreeing to these policies. We encourage you to book & make an advance online payment. In return we will give you a 5% discount on the total bill.
